School Nurse
The nurse at Montgomery Elementary is a welcoming and supportive space for all students. Here, children know they are cared for—whether they need help managing medical needs or adjusting to the school environment. Our goal is to ensure every student feels safe, supported, and ready to learn.
A registered nurse is present in the clinic every day during school hours. Our nurses are available to administer medications, provide first aid, evaluate symptoms of illness or injury, recommend appropriate care, and perform necessary medical procedures. We specialize in supporting students with a wide range of health needs while helping them stay in the classroom as much as possible.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. For time-sensitive matters, leave a message on the health office line at 513-686-1713, and the nurse will return your call during the school day.
See below or visit the Sycamore District Health & Wellness page for required health forms and additional resources. We look forward to working with you and your child!
